We come from different countries and backgrounds, but our journey began in the same place — Norway.
Ruta Bagociene, originally from Lithuania, spent many years living and working in Norway, while Angelika Wcisło came from Poland with a strong drive for international business.
We both studied at the prestigious BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo, where we gained not only a solid academic foundation, but also the ambition to build something greater — Together.
Qualira Accounting was born from the synergy of two women — professionals with different strengths, but one shared vision: to make finance simple, strategic, and human.
We met as colleagues, connected as entrepreneurs, and over time, built not just a business — but a deep friendship based on trust, support, and mutual respect. Each of us brought something different to the table:

Before launching Qualira Accounting in the UAE, we spent several years growing a successful accounting firm in Norway — Topnor Regnskap AS — where we continue to support clients in tax optimization, international business, and cross-border compliance.
